Tool - Ænima

On second full length studio album Tool delivers much needed tight sound accompanying lyrical and musical extravagance only a few accomplish, even if those few are all members of same band. Such themes as alienation, deceiving martyrs, Jungian philosophy - and all of this accented with a little bit of antagonism towards hollow and superficially mantled minds - makes Ænima an extensive rock album difficult and daring at times but certainly pleasurable and enchanting experience
