Debut album simply titled “Queens Of The Stone Age” made large department from former band, Kyuss, which Josh Homme and Nick Oliver were members of. Tunes are not as much as raw and masculine and leaned more towards popier and sexier songs, but not so much it would repel the audience, but rather it brought a lot of new. This debut perfectly introduces what nowadays is easily called the greatest rock band in world. And yes, that is female on the cover.
